Xceleader connects emerging leaders from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to ladders of power through leadership development and mentorship; while emphasizing the importance of creating positive social impact on campus and in the Black community.
Our newly improved Xcel Student Leader Fellowship sharpens HBCU leaders in the areas of leadership and social impact. Students undergo a series of development workshops taught by industry leaders to build and implement innovative solutions to solve campus and community-based issues.
XceleadHER was designed to prepare emerging women leaders from HBCUs to become champions of self, career and community. Our work amplifies the leadership and influence of Black collegiate women across the country through personal skill building, professional mentorship, and our premier leadership masterclasses series hosted by dynamic women executives, entrepreneurs, and policymakers.
Vote HBCU® is a nonpartisan national civic engagement program with a mission to educate, mobilize and activate students at HBCUs to ignite social change and increase civic engagement on campus and in their communities. We bring a new approach to mobilizing HBCU students in a way where civics and culture intersect.
